Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following option:

Standard Insured Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–13 business days

International Shipping
Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 2–3 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All additional charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items as required for the claim process.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that deliveries to these locations may require additional transit time.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the provided address. Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation details, including tracking number, carrier, and delivery date, to assist you in contacting the shipping provider.
